Daily maintenance of the motor of wood crusher machine
Wood crusher machine is a kind of machine used to crush wood, branches, etc. It can also be used to crush bamboo, straw, thatch, sorghum straw, etc. The crushed raw materials can be used to produce edible fungi or wood chip board raw materials, artificial charcoal raw materials, paper making raw materials, and can also be used as briquette raw materials. The motor of wood crusher will inevitably break down after a long time of use, so it is necessary to do routine maintenance.
Routine maintenance of wood crusher motor:
1.Check the power socket, plug and power cord for oxidation, shedding and breakage. If not, power on for commissioning.
2.If the motor does not turn when it is powered on, try to gently dial the wheel and start to turn again. Basically, it can be concluded that one of the two starting capacitors of the motor has a capacity failure. In this case, there is usually only a new one.
3.In the other case, when the power is turned on, the motor can rotate when external force is applied, but there is a faint current noise in the motor, which is caused by slight leakage of the starting capacitor. If the current noise is too large, the motor can’t start at all, so it is concluded that the starting capacitor is short-circuited. In the absence of professional instruments, the capacitor can be removed first, and the two leads can be inserted into the zero and hot wire sockets of the mains respectively to charge the capacitor, and then the two leads can be removed to short-circuit discharge. At this time, if a discharge spark can be emitted and there is a loud “pa” sound, the capacitor can be used. If the spark and noise are weak, the capacity of the capacitor has decreased, so it is necessary to replace it or add a small capacitor. If the capacitor is damaged and short-circuited, this method cannot be used, and it must be replaced with a new one of the same specification.
Although routine maintenance will take up a certain amount of time, it must not be omitted. Only by putting daily maintenance in place can we ensure safe production, stable production and production efficiency!
