How many workers are required to operate the briquette machine production line with a daily output of 1 ton?
Since the actual production conditions and raw materials of each customer are different, the production process and technology of briquette machine will be slightly different. To be specific, KMEC will configure the most suitable plan of briquette machine according to the actual needs and conditions of customers.
Step 1: Crushing
The raw material with irregular shape and size is put into the wood crusher machine and crushed into sawdust particles of 3mm with uniform fineness.
Step 2: Drying
For materials with above-standard moisture content or uneven moisture distribution, use a dryer to dry them until the moisture content is between 8% and 12%.
Step 3: Briquette making
After crushing and drying the raw materials, the briquette machine of high temperature and high pressure is used to make the semi-finished briquettes with hollow shape outside. The size of the briquettes is 5cm in diameter and about 40-50cm in length.
Step 4: Carbonization
Put the semi-finished briquettes in the carbonizing furnace in order, close all the air inlet and ignite it with the primer furnace. Control the oxygen intake during the combustion process, add water appropriately to extinguish the fire to complete the carbonization and dry distillation process. The smoke produced during carbonization is cooled and purified by the condenser and liquefied into a mixture of wood tar, wood vinegar and water.
Four processes are produced by the main machine, and various auxiliary equipment can be used to save labor and improve production efficiency. Three or four people are needed to operate the above four processes. It is easy to learn and understand and do not need a high level of education, only need to be serious and responsible.
