How to adjust the die clearance of straw briquetting machine
With the development of agricultural mechanization, straw briquetting machine has been widely used and popularized. Straw briquetting machine processes straw into feed and fuel, which saves a lot of resources for the earth and forms recycling.
Straw briquetting machine is composed of feeding conveyor, compressor and discharger. The compressor is composed of frame, motor, feed inlet, transmission system, press roller, ring die, electric heating ring, discharge outlet and other parts. Cut or knead the straw or forage grass to be pressed, the length of which is less than 50mm, and the moisture content is controlled within the range of 10-25%. The material is fed into the feed inlet by the feeding conveyor, and the press roller is driven to rotate by the rotation of the main shaft. After the press roller rotates, the material is forced to extrude from the mold hole into blocks, and falls from the discharge outlet. After cooling (the moisture content cannot exceed 14%), it is packed in bags.
Straw briquetting machine belongs to agricultural processing machinery. Non-professional technicians are forbidden to operate the machine in order to avoid mechanical damage or man-made accidents.
The density of the finished straw briquetting machine can be adjusted by adjusting the gap between the pressing wheel and the mold. When the gap between the mold and the pressing wheel exceeds 5mm, the output of the equipment will be seriously affected, and the phenomenon of machine swallowing will occur. The method of adjusting clearance is as follows:
Loosen the round nut with a hook wrench, remove the connecting plate of the pinch roller, loosen the locking screw for clamping the eccentric shaft in the scraper with an internal hexagonal wrench, and then rotate the flat shaft at the head of the eccentric shaft with a wrench to make the eccentric part of the eccentric shaft rotate outward, so as to adjust the gap between the pinch roller and the die. Adjust the other pinch roller in the same way (it is required that the upper and lower clearances between the two rollers and the I-shaped die mouth are consistent, and the height of the two rims is consistent). After the clearance is adjusted in place, tighten the locking screw, reset the connecting plate, and lock the round nut.
