Matters needing attention in fuel problem of straw briquetting machine
Under the background of environmental protection and sustainable development, straw briquetting machine is used more and more widely, but there are many problems that we need to pay attention to in the process of using straw briquetting machine. Today, let’s take a look at the fuel problem of straw briquetting machine.
When the fuel of straw briquetting machine is about to run out, impurities in the fuel will enter the coarse and fine filters of diesel oil, which will easily cause blockage. In addition, it is easy for air to enter the low-pressure oil circuit, which makes it difficult to start the engine. Even if it can be started, it will also affect the rotation speed during operation. The impurities in diesel oil are mostly soil particles, ash sand, rock powder and tiny dust, etc. The main components of these impurities are sulfur and alumina. If the diesel oil of the straw briquetting machine is directly used in the fuel system without precipitation, filtration and other purification treatments, even small impurities entering the plunger pair, oil outlet valve and fuel injector will grind the surface of precision parts like abrasive at high pressure and high speed, destroying its smoothness and fit clearance.
If this situation continues for a long time, it will worsen the combustion process of the engine, make the exhaust smoke, produce carbon deposits, promote the aging and deterioration of the oil, and weaken the lubrication effect, thus changing the technical state of the machine and affecting the work of all parts of the engine. Therefore, before the diesel oil is added to the fuel tank, it will settle for at least 48 hours, so that most of the various particles in the diesel oil will settle to the bottom layer. When the diesel oil is used about 20cm away from the bottom of the barrel, it should be poured into a closed container, and after sufficient precipitation, the oil in the middle and upper layers should be added to the oil tank.
In order to reduce the operation cost, some users leave some waste oil when changing the oil, and then add half or more new oil for mixed use. As everyone knows, this practice is not worth the candle. Because the waste engine oil contains a large amount of oxidized substances, colloidal carbon particles and many iron filings, it will greatly shorten the service life of fresh engine oil, increase the speed of movement and wear, not only fail to change the oil, but also lead to mechanical accidents such as burning tiles and holding shafts. Therefore, enough attention should be paid to the fuel problem of the straw briquetting machine, and the normal production and use of the straw briquetting machine can be ensured only by standardizing the fuel consumption.
