1. After the straw briquette machine equipment is used every day, clean up the residues.
2. Check the screws: regularly check whether the screws at the connecting parts of the motor and transmission parts of the briquetting machine are loose, so as to tighten them in time.
3. Check the wear condition of vulnerable parts. The seriously worn parts should be updated in time. Check the bearings of various parts, and carry out cleaning and regular maintenance.
4. Lubricate the shaft oil; Fill the oil hole of the roller wheel once a day (at the top of the eccentric shaft), and fill the vertical shaft seat once a week. The butter used is high-temperature resistant lithium-based grease.
5. Density adjustment: The density of the finished briquette can be adjusted by adjusting the gap between the pressing wheel and the die, and the gap between 1.5~2.5mm and 2.5 mm is the optimal co-operation state of the main engine. When the gap between the die and the pressing wheel exceeds 5mm, the output of the equipment will be seriously affected, and the phenomenon of machine swallowing will also occur.
The method of adjusting clearance is as follows:
Loosen the round nut with a hook wrench, remove the connecting plate of the pinch roller, loosen the locking screw for clamping the eccentric shaft in the scraper with an internal hexagonal wrench, and then rotate the flat shaft at the head of the eccentric shaft with a wrench to make the eccentric part of the eccentric shaft rotate outward, so as to adjust the gap between the pinch roller and the die. Adjust the other pinch roller in the same way (it is required that the upper and lower clearances between the two rollers and the I-shaped die mouth are consistent, and the height of the two rims is consistent). After the clearance is adjusted in place, tighten the locking screw, reset the connecting plate, and lock the round nut.
Only if there is no problem with the equipment, the normal production will not be delayed. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain the machine regularly according to the above requirements.
