Most of the ash composition comes from the ash impurities on the surface of the semi-finished briquettes. Although residues in the carbonizing furnace seem insignificant, it will seriously affect the quality of charcoal. Residues in carbonizing furnace, if not removed in the secondary carbonization processing, would fall on the surface of semi-finished briquettes once the temperature reaches 300 degrees. As a result, the ignition point of briquettes produced would be lower and the quality is poor.
To change this phenomenon and stabilize the carbonizing quality of carbonizing machine, cleaning of carbonizing furnace must be made after carbonization every time. Only to ensure the cleanliness of the carbonizing furnace, the carbonizing quality can not be affected by ash impurities. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the inside of the carbonizing furnace after each use to ensure that the equipment is clean and free from clogging.
