The working principle of ball press machine
Ball press machine can be used to press various powders, wastes and waste residues such as iron powder, coal powder, aluminum powder, iron scrap, iron oxide scale, carbon powder, slag, stone activated carbon, coke powder, etc, which are widely used in power plant, chemical industry, metallurgy, energy, transportation, heating and other industries. The materials after process are greatly improved in transportation or production and utilization compared with before, and can reduce the emission of pollutants and create considerable profits. The ball press machine mainly consists of three parts: feeding part, transmission part and molding part.
1.The feeding part is mainly to realize quantitative feeding to ensure that the material enters the nip of the opposite rollers evenly.
2.In the transmission part, the main transmission system is: motor-triangle belt-reducer-open gear-roller. The main engine is powered by the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, which is transmitted to the driving shaft through the belt pulley and the cylindrical gear reducer and the bar pin coupling. The driving shaft and the driven shaft can run synchronously through the open gear. A hydraulic device is installed behind the passive bearing seat. The hydraulic protection device is that the hydraulic pump pumps high-pressure oil into the hydraulic cylinder, which makes the piston produce axial displacement. The front end of the piston rod rests on the bearing seat to meet the production pressure requirements.
3.The molding part mainly refers to the host part, and the core part is the roller.
Working principle of the equipment: the main motor of the ball press machine is transmitted to the reducer through the V-belt, and the reducer is transmitted to the driving shaft through the coupling, and then a pair of open gears are used to ensure the synchronization of the two rollers (the constant speed is opposite), in which the passive roller is supported by the piston of the hydraulic cylinder (the constant pressure type is supported by the inclined iron), and the system pressure is guaranteed by the hydraulic circuit, the hydraulic control valve and the accumulator. The screw feeding device is driven by the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, and the material to be pressed is forcibly pressed into the main feeding port through the rotation of the pulley and the worm reducer. Due to that constant torque characteristic of the electromagnetic speed-regulating motor, when the material quantity of the screw feed is equal to that of the main machine, the constant feed pressure can be maintained to stabilize the pellet quality. If the feeding amount is too large, the feeding device will be electrically overloaded; If the feed quantity is too small, it will not be a ball. Therefore, skilled operation skill is an important condition to ensure the normal work of the ball press machine. The hydraulic protection device is that the hydraulic pump pumps high-pressure oil into the hydraulic cylinder, which makes the piston produce axial displacement. The front end of the piston rod rests on the bearing seat to meet the production pressure requirements. When there is too much feed or metal block between two pressure rollers, the piston rod of hydraulic cylinder is overloaded, the hydraulic pump will stop, the accumulator will buffer the pressure change, the overflow valve will open to return oil, and the piston rod will shift to make the gap between the pressure rollers larger, so that hard objects can pass through the pressure rollers, and the system pressure will return to normal, which can protect the pressure rollers from damage. This machine can adjust the pressure according to the requirement of ball density, and the production is flexible.
