What are the common faults of sawdust briquetting machine?
Any machinery will produce large and small faults after a long time of use, and the sawdust briquetting machine is no exception. So what are the common faults of sawdust briquetting machine?
Common faults and maintenance methods of sawdust briquetting machine briquetting machine are as follows:
1. There are axial cracks or radial cracks in the block, and the pulverization rate is high and the output value is low, which may be caused by the fact that the quenching and tempering temperature is not reached and the material curing degree is poor. Therefore, the quenching and tempering temperature should be increased and the steam quantity during quenching and tempering should be added. It may also be that the cutter is far away and blunt, which makes the briquette short or torn rather than blocked.
2. The briquetting materials are jagged, and the cutter spacing or the deflection scraping direction of the dividing materials should be adjusted.
3. The appearance of the briquette is relatively smooth, but the hardness is too high, which may be due to the relatively large contraction of the ring die, so the contraction ratio of the ring die should be reduced.
4. The appearance of the briquette is not very lubricated, and the pulverization rate is high. It may be that the compression ratio of the ring die is relatively small, so the compression ratio should be increased.
5. When the moisture content of particles formed by sawdust briquetting mechanism is on the high side, and the output value is low, and the appearance of machine blockage often appears, it may be that the pressure reducing valve can’t achieve the pressure reducing effect or the steam trap can’t achieve the hydrophobic effect. The pressure reducing valve should be adjusted so that the steam pressure entering the conditioner is 0.10.4MPa, and the steam trap can achieve the hydrophobic effect. Quenching and tempering temperature can also be added correspondingly. As the increase of temperature is beneficial to the progress of material maturation, the water content of the material is usually added by about 1% when the temperature rises by 11℃.
When using the sawdust briquette machine, it is necessary to know the common faults of the equipment and a basic maintenance method, which can quickly and efficiently eliminate the faults and make the sawdust briquetting machine work normally and orderly.
