(1). Sweep the dust on the briquette machine. The operator should also pay attention to the dust removal in the process of dismantlement, dust is forbidden to fall into the moving parts;
(2). Open the internal part of briquette machine for cleaning and check the wear of the bearing, screw, triangle plate and feeding mouth, replace the bearing grease;
(3). Remove the bearing cover of the roller, check the wear condition of bearing;
(4). Remove the visual cover of the reducer and check the wear of gear and interdigitation state;
(5). Check whether the foundation bolt and security bolt is loose or not and tighten up.
