What should we do if there is a slight dislocation in the ball press machine?
After long-term use, the ball press machine may appear slight dislocation, which is usually caused by the wear of the machine itself. There are two common dislocation phenomena, namely circumferential dislocation and axial dislocation.
Circumferential dislocation:
Adjustment of circumferential dislocation An adjustment disc is arranged at the driven gear end. First, loosen the circumferential bolt, tighten the jacking thread with a manual wrench, determine the direction of tightening the jacking thread and the number of buttons according to the direction and number of dislocation, then tighten the circumferential bolt on the adjustment disc, and then insert the test plate to test the dislocation.
Axial misalignment:
The adjustment of axial “dislocation” needs to loosen the end cover of the bearing seat of the roller to be adjusted, then add and subtract gaskets at both ends of the bearing end cover according to the displacement, and then tighten the gland bolts. It should be noted that this dislocation rarely occurs, and generally the ball press machine has been adjusted before leaving the factory.
In order to avoid the above situation as far as possible, we must choose good quality equipment when purchasing the ball press machine, and pay attention to the maintenance work during the use of the ball press, so as to protect the ball press machine to the maximum extent and avoid the phenomenon of machine dislocation.
