What’s wrong with biomass briquetting machine not discharging?
Biomass briquetting machine often encounters the problem of non-discharging. There are many reasons why straw briquetting machine does not discharge, which need to be checked one by one.
Generally, there are the following reasons and solutions:
1. The feeding speed is too fast.
The feeding speed of the briquetting machine should be uniform, and the feeding amount should match the rated capacity of the equipment. Uneven feeding speed or too large feeding amount will lead to blockage of the feeding port. If this is the reason, adjust the feed rate.
2. The moisture of the material is not suitable.
The moisture content of materials should be kept at 15-20% before entering the straw briquetting machine. Too much or too little moisture will lead to abnormal discharge of straw briquetting machine. Therefore, to ensure that the moisture content of the materials meets the requirements and the materials are too wet, you can choose to dry them in the sun or dry them in a dryer.
3. The mold and the pinch roller are worn.
The abrasion between the mold and the pressing wheel is one of the reasons why the straw briquetting machine does not discharge. Straw briquetting is the result of interaction between pressing wheel and grinding tool. Whether it is flat die straw briquetting machine or ring die straw briquetting machine, the pressing wheel squeezes the material into the mold, and the material is shaped by grinding tool to form straw briquetting. If the grinding tool wears too much, the compression ratio of the die can’t reach the compression ratio of the straw briquette, which will lead to no discharging. If this is the reason, it is necessary to replace the mold and the pinch roller.
4. The distance between the mold and the pressure roller is not appropriate.
The granulator presses the roller and the die to form the granules. If the spacing is not appropriate, the granulator can not discharge normally. The solution is to adjust the spacing properly.
5. There is accumulated material in the machine.
If the accumulated materials are not discharged in time after the production, the accumulated materials will harden and agglomerate due to the high temperature and large amount of steam in the production process of the briquette machine, and the machine will fail to discharge normally when the production is started next time. In this case, after shutdown, open the biomass briquetting machine, clear the internal accumulated materials, and then start the machine for normal production before discharging. Special attention should be paid to the fact that the accumulated materials in the briquette machine must be drained at the end of each production, so as not to cause normal production in the next production.
6. Whether the new mold has been ground.
The new mould of briquette machine requires oil grinding first, and the grinding materials should be operated according to the instructions of different manufacturers. The grinding function is to smooth the inside of the grinding tool of the straw briquetting machine, reduce the resistance of discharging after the material is formed, and at the same time play a role in protecting the grinding tool. Therefore, the grinding tools of new machines should be ground with oil before production.
There are mainly the above six reasons for the non-discharging phenomenon of the briquetting machine, and the non-discharging phenomenon should be found out first, so that the right medicine can be prescribed.
