When should the wearing parts of ball press machine be replaced?
The wearing parts of any machine will be worn after long-term use, and the ball press machine is no exception. If the vulnerable parts are worn to a certain extent, they must be replaced, otherwise other important parts of the ball press equipment will be damaged. So when should the wearing parts of the ball press machine be replaced? In fact, the wearing parts of the ball press machine have their specific scrap scale.
Scrap scale of wearing parts of ball press machine has the following standards:
1. If the distortion of the gear ring rim is greater than 7.5mm, it should be replaced with a new one.
2. The wear of pinion surface should not be greater than 30% of tooth thickness; The wear of large tooth surface is greater than 25% of tooth thickness, so it can be used upside down, and it should be forcibly scrapped when it is ground to 1/2.
3. The hollow shaft should be replaced when there are grooves, spots on the outer surface of the hollow shaft, or local wear on the inner circular surface of the hollow shaft causes deformation and cracks.
4. Bearing shell is greater than 1/3 of its thickness.
5. If the material lifting plate is severely worn in use and loses its shape, it needs to be replaced.
6. When the surface of the wheel belt is worn into a cone, a polygon, and local through cracks appear, it must be replaced.
7. When the tower body has cracks and local deformation, it needs to be repaired and replaced.
When the wear of the wearing parts reaches the above standard, the wearing parts must be replaced, so as to ensure the normal use of the ball press equipment. When replacing wearing parts, it’s best to choose the ones produced by the original factory. When the equipment leaves the factory, the ball press manufacturers will generally be equipped with some wearing parts, which can be replaced directly. If the wearing parts are used up, contact the manufacturers to purchase them.
