Working principle of the ball press machine: the power of the main motor is transmitted to the reducer through the V-belt, and the reducer transmits the power to the two pressure rollers, which rotate in opposite directions. During the rotation of the two pressure rollers, the material naturally enters the ball mold on the pressure rollers, and with the rotation of the pressure rollers, the pressure on the material changes from small to large. When the material rotates to the line contact point of the two rollers, the pressure on the material has reached the peak value. Under the action of huge linear pressure, the material changes from powder to finished ball. The ball press can be used for powdery raw materials which are difficult to shape. Its advantages are too high forming pressure, adjustable rotating speed of the main machine and screw feeding device.

It should be noted that if the material humidity is high, the feeding is uneven, the rotating speed is unreasonable, the roller skin is not smooth, and the ball socket is too small, etc., it will be difficult for the metal powder ball press machine to demould.
