After being chipped by wood chipper from wood blocks or from tree branches and twigs, those chips can be crushed into fine particulate through the following hammer mill. But in the process, conveyer is demanded too.
- CPFSJ hammer mill
It different from crusher with cutterhead, is popular with pulverizing tree trimmings, straw, wood chips and other materials with diameter of not more than 50mm. Powder from the pulverizer can stand at 3-5mm in fineness.
Its quick-worn parts such as cutters and screener can be changed and maintained simply.

Note:
1. The size of crushed particles lies in the specific material attributes and screen mesh dimension. Multiple sieves can be chosen for the hammer mill.
2. As a high-speed rotating component, the motor and the machine at large shall be inspected upon stability and fastness of the rotor, hammer and other parts.
3. Prevent metal scraps, stones and other impurities from falling into the pulverizer to trigger machine damages or injuries to personnel.
4. As one of wearing parts, hammer needs regular inspection. Flip or turn around the hammer when its corner is worn out of rectangular. But the installation location shall not be changed to keep the rotor balanced.
5. For longer or larger materials, they would first be handled into small pieces before put into the pulverizer

Attention:
Bearings shall be lubricated monthly. After a period of application time, readjust the tightness of the V-belts. The pulverizer shall be cleaned daily to achieve a longer service life. Ensure all fastening components shall be tightened.
