How long can charcoal burn?
Charcoal produced by
wood briquette machine has regular shape, large density, uniform gap, good thermal conductivity, high heat value, flammable and resistant to burning, and it is smokeless, no explosion, tasteless and non-toxic when burning. It has less ash, high burnout rate, environmental protection and other advantages. The charcoal turns into white ash after burning. The complete burning time is 3-5 hours and the high temperature can be 800 degrees when burning. It is an ideal charcoal for barbecuing.
The calorific value has a direct relationship with the carbonization temperature and heat preservation time of charcoal. In the same carbonization temperature and heat preservation time conditions, the calorific value of charcoal made of different raw materials is not the same. Generally speaking, if the carbonization temperature is higher and the heat preservation time is long, its carbon content is also large and the calorific value is also higher naturally. When the carbonization temperature is less than 450℃, the calorific value of charcoal made from wood and its corner waste is usually between 6500~7000 CAL /KG, and that of straw and rice hull charcoal is generally around 6000 CAL /KG.
Our company provide professional equipment for making charcoal and briquettes, mainly including the wood crusher machine, drying machine, wood briquette machine,
carbonizing furnace, etc. If you are interested in making briquettes and charcoal, contact us by emails to get more information of our equipment.
