Temperature setting of briquette machine mainly depends on raw materials

The temperature of molding cylinder in briquette machine directly affects the quality of the molding of briquettes. The heating link should be determined according to the specific steps of production: generally, the machine needs to be heated when the machine is just started, and the temperature should be adjusted at 300-320 degrees. After the machine is preheated, it is more appropriate to adjust the temperature at 260-300 degrees when making briquettes.


 
The temperature of briquette machine depends on the raw material. First of all, we should know that the purpose of heating the raw material is to soften the lignin and increase the viscosity for high pressure molding. If the temperature is too high, the raw material would be too soft. Although the speed of making briquettes is fast, the briquette is not strong and soft; If the temperature is too low, the viscosity of raw material is poor and the briquette is not strong, easy to form fault cracks.
 
Therefore, it is quite important to control the temperature in the appropriate range according to the requirements. It is also important to adjust the temperature of the briquette machine in the process of briquette making, so as to avoid the unqualified quality of the produced briquettes and affect the final carbonization.
