Analysis on the cause of spark in briquette machine production

Briquette machine is the professional equipment used in the production of briquettes and charcoal. The spark of briquette machine is mainly caused by improper operation of the operator.  The reasons are as follows:



1. Feeding of raw materials into the briquette machine is not timely. 
Once the forming cylinder is empty without raw materials, the propeller would hit the molding cylinder directly, and then generates sparks. Then, the propeller and the molding cylinder would be affected by the wear. If these parts are damaged, it would also influence the specification of the final products of briquette machine.
 
2. The propeller is installed too close to the edge of the molding cylinder.
In this circumstances, the propeller is easy to be dislocated affected by the raw material, and then hit the edge of the molding cylinder to produce electrical sparks, which would also lead to the damage of the propeller and the molding cylinder, and it would also influence the specification of the final products of briquette machine.
