What raw materials can be used for making barbecue charcoal use?

As the management of raw charcoal in China has been strengthened, the production of barbecue charcoal with sawdust briquette machine will become an inevitable trend of development. However, how to choose the raw material of barbecue charcoal?

There are many kinds of raw materials for making charcoal by using briquette machine and other equipment. The quality of charcoal made by different kinds of raw materials is different. To make good charcoal, we must have a certain understanding of various raw materials.
1. Hard broad-leaved wood, such as quercus of Fagaceae, and the other trees of the Castanopsis and Betula, including beech, birch, german oak, castanopsis, elm, maple and so on.
2. Broad leaf charcoal. It is the charcoal made of the mixture of hard and soft broad - leaved wood, such as poplar, tilia, willow and so on.
3. Pin charcoal. It is the charcoal made of pine or other coniferous wood, such as masson pine, red pine, spruce and so on.

Branches are the common raw materials in the production of charcoal. Branches and bark can be made into traditional charcoal and carbon powder by adopting different production process with the help of briquette machine. The recycling of leaves and branches can improve the economic efficiency and make profits.

The process of making charcoal and powdered carbon is slightly different and requires attention. Compared with the production process, the production process of charcoal is relatively complex, requiring more processes. First, the raw materials, such as branches and bark need to be put into the crusher for crushing into particles of around 3-6 mm. Raw materials after crushing need to be placed into the airflow dryer for drying to make the moisture content of raw materials to 6% - 12%. Then, materials are processed in the sawdust briquette machine and the briquettes produced need to be further carbonized in the carbonizing furnace.

The molding of carbon powder is relatively simple, and the production process is also extremely simple. Put raw materials such as tree branches and bark into the carbonizing furnace for carbonization directly, and then crush the raw materials into powder.
