The briquette production equipment can be divided into wood crusher dryer, wood briquette machine and carbonizing furnace. To judge the environmental performance of these equipment, it need to be redivided from its working principle.
1. Wood crusher. We mainly check whether there is a strong cutting noise when grinding raw materials. Under normal circumstances, environmental performance qualified wood crusher has no impact sound in cutting raw materials. For unqualified wood crusher, its internal grinding chamber blade is blunt with large noise.
2. Dryer. The environmental performance of the dryer mainly depends on the cylinder rotation noise, we know that the drum turns automatically when the dryer is drying materials. If the lubrication connection is insufficient, there would be great noise in rotation.
3. Wood briquette machine. We mainly check whether the impact material of the propeller has metal impact sound or not. If the metal impact sound is strong and the connection between the propeller and the sleeve is unreasonable, the environmental performance is not up to standard.
4. Carbonizing furnace. Observe whether there is tar or combustible gas leakage in the carbonizing production process. If leakage occurs, it means the sealing process of
carbonizing furnace has defects, that is, the environmental performance of carbonizing furnace is not qualified.
