Users in the consultation of wood briquette machine often asked the question that how much is the profit? How many raw materials are needed to produce a ton of finished charcoal? As we know, the profit is to be calculated according to the cost, and the most important in the cost is the raw materials for briquettes making, and there is no way to give a positive answer to the charcoal production ratio of raw material and finished product.



First of all, there are many kinds of raw materials for the production of charcoal, such as sawdust, tree branches, rice husks, bamboo chips, straw and so on, and different proportions of raw materials also vary. Second, the moisture content of raw materials for briquettes making is different. In the process of our production of charcoal, raw materials need to be dried to a certain degree in order to meet the conditions of briquette making of between 8%-12%, so that the quality of the briquette is relatively good.
 
Here we use sawdust as an example, when the moisture content of sawdust is between 25%-30%, every 3 tons of raw materials can be used to produce 1 ton of charcoal. But in the actual production process, the moisture of raw materials for briquettes making is not fixed. If moisture content is higher, the proportion would be relatively higher. If the raw materials are dry, the raw materials used to produce charcoal would be relatively less. We can use these to calculate whether the local raw materials used to produce the mechanism of charcoal is cost-effective and whether the profit is objective. If the price of raw materials is high, we cannot invest rashly, in order to avoid the investment failure caused by the lower profit margin.
 
Raw materials are a very important factor in the investment of wood briquette machine, which should not only be sufficient, but the price should be appropriate. Since the price of raw material is closely related to its humidity, when we buy raw materials for briquettes making, we should consider both the price and its humidity, so as to calculate a more accurate profit to bring better benefits.
