How to replace the heating ring of wood briquette machine
In the production process of mechanism charcoal, making briquettes with
wood briquette machine is a critical part. In order to promote the softening and combination of of lignin and improve the compactness and hardness of the briquettes, the heating ring is used in wood briquette machine. In the molding process of briquettes, due to the heating of the heating ring, the temperature of briquettes rises rapidly so that the lignin in the sawdust would soften to suitable viscosity to make the structure inside the briquettes more dense, so as to improve the quality of mechanism charcoal.
However, the heating ring would damage in the process of using for a long time, then it need to be replaced to ensure continuous production of wood briquette machine. When replacing the heating ring of wood briquette machine, we need to note the following points:
1, Before installation, we must be sure the model of the heating ring to be replaced is as the same as the old one;
2, When the heating ring is installed, the material outlet is required to be heated evenly, so that the service life of the heating ring can be extended to improve the conversion efficiency of lignin;
3, After the installation of the heating ring, the temperature probe should be placed in the fixed position of the barrel to ensure the accurate control of the temperature of the barrel.
Sometimes, customers would encounter such problems: when the heating ring of wood briquette machine is working, it has not been burned to red and the heating speed is too slow. Once starting the machine, the temperature drops significantly then gets stuck. When this kind of situation appear, users need to check the working voltage of the heating ring. Generally, the heating ring with working voltage of 380 is in delta-connection, while the heating ring with working voltage of 220 is in star connection. The problem mentioned above is due to the heating ring of 380 is connected in star connection. It can be solved by changing the connection into delta-connection.
The function of the heating ring in wood briquette machine is to harden the surface of mechanism charcoal to improve the quality of mechanism carbon and yield of mechanism charcoal. Generally, the surface material of the heating ring is stainless steel, inside of which is the electric stove wire. Heat is generated according to the resistance principle. The normal working temperature of the heating ring of wood briquette machine is above 350℃. Three heating rings are used in a wood briquette machine to ensure the fully hardening of mechanism charcoal, which can accelerate your production.
