What are the working essentials of briquette machine?

1. In the process of crushing raw materials, the particle size of large materials should be kept within 10mm, not exceeding the particle size, so as not to affect the operation;
2. Drying materials to control the material humidity in the best degree of dryness, general control of moisture content of 6%~12% is the best;
3. During the briquette making process, the density of briquettes should be controlled reasonably and the density value should be maintained at a ratio of 1:1;
4. In the carbonizing process, the carbonization temperature should be controlled to the optimal carbonization temperature region. Generally, the carbonization temperature should be between 550-600 degrees, which is the optimal carbonization temperature range.
