What are the conditions for investing in briquette machine?
Briquette machine is the main equipment in the production of charcoal. It can make good use of agroforestry wastes to produce high quality briquettes and charcoal. The investment of briquette machine production line need to depend on some essential conditions to make the production of briquette machine production line more smoothly, so what are the conditions for investing in briquette machine?
1. Sufficient raw materials for
wood briquette machine. The raw materials can be sawdust, rice husk, melon seed husk, walnut husk, branches, bark, tree trunk, wine residue, vinegar residue, furfural residue, peanut shell and various crop straws. There are two requirements for raw materials for making briquettes:
a. The raw materials must be granular, and the particles size should below 1cm.
b. The moisture content of raw materials shall not exceed 12%. If the raw material is not granular, a wood crusher machine must be added. If the moisture exceeds 12%, a dryer should be added.
2. Workshop and site: the workshop shall be no less than 50 square meters and the height shall not be less than 4m, and the site for briquette machine production is not limited.
3. Three phase power. If the raw materials are not granular, 4 pieces of equipment are needed in the production:
wood crusher machine, dryer, briquette machine and carbonizing furnace. The production of 1t of charcoal requires 250KWH. If the raw material is granule below 1cm, 3 pieces of equipment are needed: briquette machine, dryer and carbonizing furnace. It takes 180KWH of electricity to produce one ton of charcoal.
4. Equipment. The equipment used in the production of charcoal is not working at the same time. An air flow dryer can support the production of two briquette machines and the drum dryer of 900*10000mm can support the production of five briquette machines.
