The basic requirements for making good briquettes

The main equipment used for making briquettes includes the wood crusher machine, dryer, briquette machine and carbonizing furnace. Then, how to make good briquettes by the use of briquette machine? The quality of briquettes produced by different briquette machine and different raw materials is different.



A. Raw material
(1) The moisture content of raw material is required to be between 6% and 12%.
Whether the raw material can be dried depends greatly on the dryer, and a good dryer is the key to make high quality briquettes.
(2) The variety of raw materials should be single or with fixed ratio.
The sawdust of different tree species has different requirements for the propeller, and sawdust of some tree species can not be processed into good briquettes by the briquette machine of some manufacturers.
(3) The raw material after drying should cool down for a while.
Qualified briquettes can not be produced with hot materials.
(4) The granularity and hardness of raw materials should be matched.

B. The operation.
A good operator plays a decisive role in the production of briquette machine.
(1) Adjust the appropriate temperature.
Most of the machines are electrically heated, and the temperature controller has an error of about 30 degrees. The difference in temperature has a lot to do with the quality of briquettes produced.
(2) The moisture content of raw materials from the drying machine may be not uniform after cooling and mixing of the dried raw materials.
The moisture of the biomass briquettes raw material should be well controlled before making briquettes. Then, problems such as "blasting", "crack" and "shapeless" appear rarely. Low failure also represents high yield and quick production.
