What equipment are needed for a charcoal production plant?

1. The material must be granular under 1cm. If the biomass briquettes raw material is not granules, a wood crusher machine must be added;
2. The moisture content of raw materials shall not exceed 12%. A dryer should be used when the moisture is over 12%.

If the raw materials are particles under 1cm, three equipment are needed, dryer, briquette machine and carbonizing furnace. The production of 1t charcoal requires 180KWH. In a word, no matter three or four sets of equipment are needed, the equipment is not working at the same time, but works indirectly. One pipe dryer can be used for two briquette machines.
