Affected by high temperature carbonization, a small amount of ash would stick on the top and bottom of carbonizing furnace and most of the ash comes from of the ash impurities on the surface of the semi-finished products. In special situation, such as untight sealing and welding of carbonizing furnace, ash impurities from the external environment would also easy to get into the furnace. Although residues in the carbonizing furnace are seemingly insignificant, it will seriously affect the quality of carbonizing.
 

If the residues in carbonizing furnace are not cleaned in secondary carbonization processing, they would fall off once the temperature reaches 300 degrees and stick on the surface of semi-finished products. The ignition point of charcoal products produced in the environment would be very low due to the effect of the ash and the quality is inferior.
