Conditions for making charcoal with briquette machine

The equipment used for making charcoal is mainly composed of the wood crusher, dryer, briquette machine and carbonizing furnace. The inspection of raw material is an important step before production of briquette machine. The moisture content of raw materials is related to the quality of briquette machine production. In theory, the proper moisture content of raw material is 6%-15%. To make high-quality straw charcoal, the raw material need to be crushed in the wood crusher first, and drying through the dryer to make the moisture content of raw material meet the requirements of making briquettes. Then, raw materials after drying are processed by the briquette machine and carbonized by the carbonizing furnace.


 
The following four steps should be performed before the production of briquette machine:
1. Debugging of the main engine of briquette machine. Turn the shaft of main engine for 2-5 turns when the power is cut off to see whether the rotation of the main engine is normal and smooth and whether the interlocking of the gears is tight.
2. After confirming that the main engine of the briquette machine is rotating normally, connect the power supply and start the motor to see whether the system is running stably and whether the connection between each link is compact.
3. Open the dust removal equipment to see if the pressure of the air pump is normal and there is no air leakage or air pressure instability.
4. Put a small amount of raw materials into pre-production, check whether the quality of charcoal is qualified carefully; if not, analyze the problem and solve it in time.
