The difference of charcoal

High temperature charcoal: it is made in high temperature furnace. It is hard and heavy when weighing in the hand. High temperature charcoal can sink in water and give out steel sound when knocking. It has high carbon content, low volatile content and ash content. When burning, it has no flame, and its flame resistance is 3 times of that of low temperature charcoal and 2 times of that of barbecue charcoal. High temperature charcoal is suitable for all occasion, especially for high-end barbecue and export.
Medium temperature charcoal: the carbon content of medium temperature charcoal is slightly higher than the low temperature charcoal. It is mainly used for barbecue, industry and agriculture, heating, hotpot, etc.
