How to improve the efficiency of briquette machine?

First, improve the automation of the charcoal production line and the coordination among various equipment in the production so that the production efficiency can be improved and the manual input in production can be reduced.
Second, make the optimized equipment ratio according to the equipment ratio, which can reduce the resource waste of each equipment in the production of charcoal and reduce the investment in equipment, thus improve the efficiency of briquette machine and reduce the cost.
Make sure that the local or nearby raw materials are sufficient. If the raw materials are purchased too far away, the cost of raw materials would increase, resulting in the increase of the total production cost. Therefore, it is suggested to making sure that the supply of raw materials will not be in short supply in 5-8 years to ensure that raw materials can follow the normal operation of the briquette machine.
 
The briquette machine produced by our company has the characteristics of energy conservation, environmental protection and high quality. It can process crop wastes such as wood sawdust, peanut shell, corn cob and other raw materials. The materials are crushed by the wood crusher and dried by the drying machine to make the water content within 12%. Then, the raw materials are processed by straw briquette machine under high temperature and high pressure (do not add any additives) into briquettes, which would be further carbonized into charcoal in the carbonizing furnace. The charcoal produced by briquette machine has high density, small volume, good flammability, and it can be used to replace firewood and coal. Generally, the outer diameter of charcoal is 50-60mm and the aperture is 15-20mm.
