What’s the function of heating coil on sawdust briquette machine?

The replacing method of heating coil:
1. Confirm that the type of heating coil is consistent;
2. When installing the heating coil, the discharge hole shall be heated evenly, which can extend the service life of the heating coil and improve the conversion efficiency of lignin.
3. After the heating ring is installed, the temperature probe shall be put into the fixed position of the barrel to ensure the accurate control of the temperature of the barrel by the thermometer.

Sawdust is the most common raw material for charcoal production. The quality of sawdust depends on the hardness and growth cycle of wood. Generally, the harder the wood, the longer the growth cycle, the better the charcoal produced by such sawdust.
