How to identify the quality of briquette machine in the production line

Briquette machine is one of the most important equipment in the charcoal production line. The quality of the briquette machine directly affects the yield of production line. So how to identify the quality of the briquette machine?



1. Motor: the motor of briquette machine must be the national standard product manufactured by formal manufacturers. Never use a refurbished motor or a non-national standard motor, because the diameter of copper enameled wire of these motors can not meet the requirement of the rated current. Therefore, the motor is easy to burn down or lack of driving force, which would affect the service life of the briquette machine and the quality of briquettes (semi-finished products), thus affecting the quality of the charcoal.

2. Bearing: the quality of the bearing directly affects the production efficiency of briquette machine and the quality of the briquettes. Besides, the bearings produced in the small factory are not suitable for use. Meanwhile, pay special attention to counterfeit products.

3. Steel plate: the thickness of the steel plate must meet certain requirements. The plate of the briquette machine (the steel plate used to fix the bearing pedestal) shall be greater than 8±0.2mm, or the reinforcement measures shall be taken. The steel plate used to fix the motor shall be greater than 10 + 0.2mm, otherwise the steel plate will be easily deformed, affecting the quality of the briquette production.
