Inspection of newly purchased briquette machine before installation

Briquette machine is a set of relatively complex equipment. Each device requires scientific installation and debugging to achieve smooth and high efficient production. It is indeed a big problem for new users, but as long as knowing the process and installation skills of the equipment, it would be much easier. Then, what are the aspects that need to pay attention before installation of the newly  purchased briquette machine?


 
First, check and tighten all connections to see if they are firmly fixed, especially the three jacking wires in heating tube, which are connected to the cooling water pipes, electrical appliances and power lines. Carefully check all lubrication parts, see if each part is in normal lubrication, add lubricating oil in the lubrication place of the equipment. Check whether the power supply voltage is normal, especially the working voltage and current of the generator set.
 
Start the wood briquette machine for 30 minutes without load, observe whether there is any abnormal phenomenon such as jam or collision, if not, it can be put into normal production. If any abnormality is found in the test of briquette machine, stop the machine immediately to find out the reason, and conduct no-load operation after troubleshooting.
 
Adjust the temperature regulator to the required temperature. When the temperature reaches the predetermined temperature, start the wood briquette machine and feed right amount of materials; gradually increase the feeding amount until the qualified products are produced. Only after 30 minutes of normal production can the test run be successful and the normal operation can be carried out. The raw materials in the hopper should be used up before shutdown and reversed for 1 minute immediately after the shutdown to make the raw materials in the propeller exit.
