1. Bearing: the bearing of wood crusher machine bears the full load, so good lubrication has a great relationship with the bearing life. It directly affects the service life and running rate of the machine. The lubricating oil must be clean and the seal must be good. The main oiling parts of the machine: the rotation bearing, roll bearing, the gear bearing and sliding plane.
2. The newly installed tire is easy to loosen that it must be checked regularly.
3. Pay attention that whether the work of each part of the machine is normal.
4. Pay attention to the wear degree of the easy wear parts, and pay attention to replace the worn parts at any time.
5. The dust on the base plane of the moving device should be removed to avoid that the movable bearing cannot be moved on the base frame when the material that cannot be broken that serious accident would occur.
6. If the temperature of bearing oil rises, the operator should stop the machine immediately for inspection.
7. The rotating gear should be stopped and checked immediately if there is any impact sound.
 
Installation and commissioning of briquette machine
1. The equipment shall be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.
2. After installation, the machine body should be tested according to the position, and strengthened twice with the screws and other fixed devices.
3. Connect the power cord and control switch of the equipment to connect the power.
4. After inspection, no load test should be carried out before normal production.
