Installation tips of briquette machine production line

The briquette machine production line is composed of several equipment, including the wood crusher, drying machine, briquette machine, carbonizing furnace, etc. In the installation process of these equipment, users need to pay attention to the following points to ensure safe and high-efficient production of all equipment.



1. Check whether the power supply and voltage are stable. After power inspection, it is necessary to check whether the lubricating parts of important parts are normal and safe.
2. Tighten all the connection bolts in the production line of the briquette machine, especially the three top wires in the heating tube. Connect the cooling water pipe, and connect the electrical appliance and power circuit.
3. Running for 30 minutes with no load before starting the production. Raw materials can be fed into the machine if there is no abnormal sound or collision in the process of commissioning.
4. When start production, the operator need to adjust the temperature of briquette machine production line according to the requirement. Then, feed the raw material slowly and pay attention whether the quality of finished product is qualified.
