The reason for low density of briquettes in briquette machine production
In the production process of
briquette machine, the higher the density and compactness of the briquettes produced by the briquette machine, the better the quality of the charcoal produced. What’s the reason for low density of briquettes in the production? Generally, the temperature for making briquettes is about 370°. Low density of briquettes may be related to the temperature in the production. While the low density of briquettes may also caused by that the raw materials are not dried to the required moisture content. If the miscellaneous wood, pine, willow are used as raw materials, then the density of briquettes produced is 1.8. After cooling for half an hour, the density of briquettes can reach 2.1. While the density of briquettes taking the straw, corn stalk, cotton stalk and bean stalk as raw materials is 1.4.
