Maintenance of motor in operation of briquette machine

The equipment for making charcoal mainly consists of the wood crusher, briquette machine, dryer and carbonizing furnace. However, the motor is the precondition of normal operation of each device. In the following content, we are going to talk about how to properly maintain the motor in the briquette machine.

briquette machine production line

1. The temperature of the motor during normal operation should not exceed the allowable limit, and the operator of the briquette machine should always pay attention to monitoring the temperature rise of each part.
2. Monitor whether the motor of briquette machine is loaded with current. When the motor fails, the stator current will increase dramatically, causing the motor to overheat. For briquette machine production line with large production capacity, a current meter should be installed to monitor the load current of the motor when a high power motor is used. The load current of the motor shall not exceed the fixed current value specified on the nameplate.
3. Pay attention to the smell, vibration and noise of the motor. The winding will give off an insulating coke due to high temperature. Some failure of briquette machine, especially the mechanical failure, would quickly response in vibration and noise, so once coke smell, abnormal vibration or scratches are found, especially large "buzzing" sound or other noise, the operator should cut the power immediately and have a check.
4. Checking the heat and oil leakage of the bearing of the briquette machine and replace the lubricating oil regularly. Generally, when replacing lubricating oil, the bearing and bearing cover are cleaned with kerosene, and then cleaned with gasoline. Rolling bearing grease should not exceed 70% of bearing chamber volume.
