First, after long time working of briquette machine, it is important to check the belt pulley of the motor, including adding engine oil and cleaning up of dirt, which can increase the service life of the briquette machine.
Second, sometimes the belt would loose after working for a long time of the briquette machine, then the rotate speed of the machine would be reduced, which would affect the production of briquette machine. Thus, the tightness of belt should be checked regularly.
Third, check if there is a larger load when the motor is working. Long time overload working would damage the motor, thus affecting the work efficiency of briquette machine.

Briquette machine is the essential equipment in the production of briquettes and charcoal. However, some problems would appear in the production of briquette machine.
