Not a single one can be omitted if you want to ensure the operation quality of briquette machine. 1. Safety awareness: in the operating of briquette machine, production workers need to know which improper operation will affect the stable operation of briquette machine, such as the allowed material feeding range of briquette machine. How much raw material should be fed that can ensure the briquette machine in the stable state and beyond which quantity can lead to the overload production of briquette machine. All of that should be known by the operators in advance with potential security prevention work consciousness to avoid adverse operating condition of briquette machine.
 
2. The hidden trouble inspection consciousness: operators of briquette machine should form a good sense of security inspection. Comprehensive hidden malfunction identification of briquette machine should be made regularly before, during and after production. Check the accessories, motor and whether there are unstable factors affecting the operation quality of briquette machine, and eliminate hidden troubles to make the briquette machine always in a safe and reliable work atmosphere.
 
Then, how to choose the first manufacturing process in the production of biomass briquettes for sale and charcoal? Currently, there are two arguments in the industry, one is to crush the raw material first, the other is to dry the raw material. And which one is right on earth? We would analyze it in the following content.
 
For taking raw material drying process as the first production process, as everybody knows, materials used for making charcoal with briquette machine and carbonizing furnace have two kinds of classification, one is the powder materials, namely, the sawdust; the other kind is the block-shaped materials, namely, the branches, rice husk and straw. For powder materials, they can be processed in the drying process first, because crushing process is not needed for the powder materials, so drying process is best choice. And if raw material used is the block-shaped materials, it is wrong to choose the drying process first, because in the processing of block-shaped materials, they will inevitably collide in the drum scraper of the dryer, which would reduce the drying efficiency of the dryer and get the scraper broken after a long time. Therefore, if the raw materials used in the production is the block material, it is not reasonable to select drying as the first production process of briquette machine. On the contrary, the block-shaped material is more suitable for the crushing process first. After crushing, the raw material would not hurt the scraper of the dryer in the drying process, which in turn will not drag on the drying efficiency of raw material.
