What is the reason for poor quality of briquettes produced by briquette machine?
The equipment used for making charcoal is composed of several kinds of equipment. First, raw materials after drying are extruded into briquettes by the
briquette machine and then carbonized into mechanical charcoal. The quality of briquettes directly influence the quality of the charcoal produced. The propeller plays an important role in the whole process of making briquettes.
The propeller is a vulnerable part in the briquette machine. The top part of the propeller is often worn by friction with the material during high speed rotation. If the angle of the end face can not meet the requirement, the briquettes produced are not qualified, or even no briquette can be produced. Then, you need to use the wear-resistant electrode to repair the propeller to make it meet the technical specifications.
In addition, the temperature of the forming cylinder of the
briquette machine also influence the forming quality of the briquettes. The heating temperature should be determined by the production steps: generally, the machine need to be heated after starting with the temperature of 300-320 degrees. After preheating, the temperature can be adjusted to 260-300 degrees when making briquettes.
The temperature mainly depends on the raw materials. The purpose of heating the material is to soften the lignin and increase the viscosity of raw material so as to form briquettes under high pressure. If the temperature is too high, the material softens excessively. Although the production speed of
sawdust briquette machine is fast, the briquette produced is not strong and soft. If the temperature is too low, the material viscosity is poor, the briquette produced is not strong and easy to crack. Therefore, it is necessary to control the temperature in the proper range according to the requirements of making briquettes.
