Preparation of briquette machine before production

As the saying goes, a good start is the guarantee of success. In order to improve the working efficiency and ensure stable production of briquette machine, the following preparation work should be made before the production of briquette machine.



1. Tighten all the connection screws, especially the three top wires in the heating cylinder. Connect the cooling water pipe. Connect the electrical appliance and the power line.
2. Check all lubricating parts.
3. Check whether the power supply voltage is normal.
4. The briquette machine can be put into normal production after 30 minutes of no-load operation if there is no block or collision. When the abnormality is found in the test running of briquette machine, the reason for the stop should be found immediately.
5. Adjust the thermostat of briquette machine to the required temperature. When the temperature reaches the predetermined temperature, the machine can be turned on, and the raw material can be put into the briquette machine.
6. Gradually increase the amount of material feeding until qualified briquettes can be produced. Normal production of 30 minutes can indicate that the test running is successful.
7. Before the briquette machine stops, there should be no material in the hopper, and immediately reverse for 1 minute after stopping the sawdust briquette machine, so that the material in the propeller can be discharged.
8. The machine body of briquette machine must be well grounded.
