It is expected to last longer under constant care in handling and installation. In some places, after two years of continuous use, only a few slight deformations were found below the bottom of carbonizing furnace, while the top and cover remained in excellent condition.

The charcoal inlet and outlet pipe is the most damaged part of the machine. The internal end of the pipe may be seriously deformed due to the high temperature. Therefore, it has to be repaired frequently. If the carbonizing furnace is not in continuous use, it only needs to be replaced once in nearly three years.
