What are the steps of making charcoal with briquette machine?

Nowadays, charcoal produced by briquette machine is widely used in many industries. Then, what are the specific steps when making charcoal with briquette machine and what are the uses of the charcoal produced? The production of charcoal can be divided into four steps:

1. Crushing. Raw materials are crushed through the wood crusher machine into granules.
2. Drying. The particles are then dried in the dryer to reduced the moisture content.
3. The materials after drying are made into briquettes through the briquette machine.
4. Briquettes produced are carbonized through the carbonizing furnace to get the charcoal after cooling.
 
Use of charcoal: it is a kind of waste renewable energy fuel with higher calorific value than other similar raw materials. It is higher than common coal. Charcoal produced by briquette machine is smokeless, tasteless, non-toxic and clean. It can replace coal or heavy oil steam boiler and it can also be used as chemical raw materials for deep processing of activated carbon, silicon carbide, crystalline silicon, etc. It is a necessary raw material for carbon disulfide plant, mosquito repellent incense plant, explosive plant, copper processing plant and foundry factory.
 
Briquette machine is one of the most important equipment in the production of charcoal. A good briquette machine can greatly improve the output and efficiency of the whole production process of briquettes and charcoal. What factors would affect the quality of straw briquette machine?
1. Bearing: the quality of bearing directly affects the production efficiency and the quality of the briquette machine. Bearings manufactured by small factories should not be used and special attention should be paid to fake products.
2. Sheet steel: the thickness of the steel plate must meet certain requirements. The plate of the briquette machine (the steel plate used to fix the bearing seat) should be larger than 8 + / -0.2mm, or reinforcement measures should be taken; the thickness of steel plate for fixing the motor should be larger than 10 + / -0.2mm, otherwise the steel plate would be easy to deform and affect the quality of the straw briquette machine.
3. Motor: the motor must be the national standard product. Reconditioned motor or non-standard motor can not be used. Because the wire diameter of the copper enameled wire of these motors cannot reach the required rated current of the briquette machine. Thus, the motor is easy to burn or lack of driving force, which affects the service life of straw briquette machine and the quality of the briquettes (semi-finished product), thus affecting the quality of the charcoal.
