1. Mounting error of hammer in overhaul and assembly.

2. The weight difference between the two sets of hammers is more than 5 grams. 
Adjust the weight of the hammer to make the weight difference between the two hammers less than 5 grams.
3. Some hammers are too tight and can not swing out in the operation.
After the briquette machine stops, turn the hammer by hand, and find a way to make the hammer move flexibly.
4. The weight of other parts on the rotor is not balanced, then it is necessary to check and adjust the balance carefully.
5. Bending or deformation of main shaft.
The solution is straightening or replacing the shaft.
6. Bearing clearance exceeds limit or damage.
New bearing is generally used to solve the problem.
7. The fixed nut of the base angle of the briquette machine is not fixed or loose in the operation.
The solution is to tighten the nut.
