Temperature control in the production of briquette machine

The temperature is always a problem when making high quality charcoal with briquette machine and other equipment. What temperature should be mastered in the production of the mechanical charcoal with briquette machine?



1. When drying the raw materials by the dryer, the water content of raw materials should be dried less than 12%, and the drying temperature is generally 160-250 degrees. Users can adjust the temperature of the dryer according to the moisture content of the raw material.

2. In the briquettes making process of the briquette machine, there are three heating rings outside the forming cylinder of the briquette machine. It can raise the temperature of the forming cylinder to around 350℃. In order to ensure high density, smooth surface and no obvious cracks of briquettes, users can choose the suitable molding temperature according to the type of raw materials and the moisture content. It can only be determined by field test. The adjustment can be made according to the field conditions of different raw materials.

3. Briquettes produced by briquette machine need to be carbonized through the carbonizing furnace or earth kiln into qualified charcoal. The carbonization process of medium and low temperature charcoal can be divided into three temperature sections: drying, initial carbonization and comprehensive carbonization.
