Togo customer ordered carbonization production line in June

On June 20, the customer from Togo purchased the carbonization production line from our company, including the crusher machine, hammer mill, dryer, briquette machine, carbonizing furnace and blender.



The crusher machine is mainly composed of the cutter head, crushing chamber, milling chamber, impeller, etc. It is suitable for crushing bamboo, nut shell, herbal medicine, wheat bran, rice husk, corncob, straws, fish meal, shells, seaweed, dehydrated vegetables, hawthorn, circuit board, plastic products, seawater product, charcoal and other materials. It is widely used in chemical industry, building industry, medicine industry, food processing industry, etc.

The hammer mill is used to crush crop stalk, firewood, rice straw, clover, peanuts shells, rice husk, corn, weeds, maize, grain, etc. Under the impact of high speed rotating hammers, the raw materials are crushed rapidly, then filtered through the screen and discharged through the outlet. The size of screen can be customized according to the requirements of users.

The drying machine is also an essential equipment in briquette and charcoal production. It is mainly used to reduce the moisture content of raw materials to make it suitable for making briquettes.

There are many kinds of briquette machine available in our company. The briquette machine can be used in producing high quality briquettes by taking sawdust, wood chips, branches, crop stalks, sugarcane residue, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, bamboo dust, palm husk, soybeans husk and tea waste as raw materials. The briquettes produced can be further carbonized by the carbonizing furnace to get the high quality charcoal.
