1. According to the crushing raw materials.

When crushing shell and other mineral feed, non-sieve shell crusher can be selected. 2. According to the matching power.
The machine manual and nameplate contain the power kilowatts of the motor supporting the crusher. It often indicates not a fixed number, but a certain range. There are two reasons: one is that the power required to crush different raw materials varies greatly. For example, under the same working conditions, the power required to crush sorghum is twice as much as that required to crush corn. Second, when using different sieve holes, it has a great impact on the load of the crusher.
 
3. According to the layout.
The finished products of grinding can be discharged through the discharge device by three ways: self-weight blanking, negative pressure suction and mechanical transport. Small single machine mainly adopts self-weight blanking method to simplify the structure. Most medium-sized pulverizer has negative pressure suction device. The advantage is that it can absorb the water of the finished product and reduce the humidity in the finished product, which is conducive to storage. It can improve the crushing efficiency of 10-15% and reduce the dust of the crushing chamber.
 
4. According to the dust and noise.
