How to take out the finished charcoal in carbonizing furnace?

As we know, briquettes produced by biomass briquetting plant for sale can be further carbonized with the carbonizing furnace. Then, how to take out the finished product of charcoal safely after carbonization through the carbonizing furnace? First of all, in the discharging of carbonizing furnace, the place where the charcoal are piled up should be cleaned and the new charcoal cannot be stacked on top of the old one. Besides, the carbonizing furnace need to be opened quickly. We can also prepare some water, sand or fine soil to put out the fire at any time once there is a fire in the discharging of charcoal.


 
When the carbonizing furnace stops working, the charcoal can be taken out only after cooling for a period of time to avoid the spontaneous combustion phenomenon. The operator can touch the outer surface of the carbonizing furnace softly to feel whether the temperature has reached the right temperature, which is generally 70 degrees. Then, open the door of carbonizing furnace. Direct sunlight may make it hard to distinguish the degree of the temperature, then the operator can touch the bottom of the carbonizing furnace (bottom of the furnace is not exposed to the sun), so it would be easier to estimate its internal temperature. And then estimate the temperature of the rest part at the bottom in order to determine whether there is a "hot spot". If the inside of carbonizing furnace is still hot after 24 hours of cooling, it shows that it is not completely isolated with the outside air, it must continue to isolate to make it extinguish.
 
If there are still some charcoal burning when open the carbonizing furnace, then it must be sealed again to make the charcoal extinguish naturally due to the lack of oxygen and cooling further. The volume of wood will be reduced to half its original size after carbonization. Thus, after the first half part and the cover of the kiln are removed, the charcoal are probably remained at the bottom. As long as lift one end of the cover from the supporting frame, then insert one end of  a long branch or board from the gap, and dip them into a slope, finally slide the cover slowly to the ground. It would be easy to remove the cover. The same method can be used to remove the first half of the kiln.
 
If the sealing system of the carbonizing furnace was damaged, even the charcoal seems to have cooled completely, they also must be removed immediately, because any delay may result in the rekindle of charcoal inside the kiln. Apart from that, it is also possible to cause severe damage to the carbonizing furnace. Before the move at the bottom, first open the pore from one side of the furnace to with a lever. Then, use the lever on the opposite side, so one end of the bottom will cock. The charcoal produced need to be put aside for cooling and packing.
