Operation notices in the production of briquette machine

In the production of biomass briquettes with various kinds of materials, different processing equipment are used to ensure the smooth production of briquette machine. The following are some matters needing attention in the operation, including the conveyer, mixer, drying equipment and briquette machine in order to improve the working efficiency of briquette production.



1. Conveyer: in the conveying process, the operator should pay attention to the operation of conveyer. Remember to adjust the conveyer to the best statement so that the equipment can run properly in the subsequent production.
2. Mixer: in the process of mixing, the moisture content of raw materials directly determines the quality of the briquettes. Holding the material by hand, if certain shape can be formed, it shows that the moisture is proper. This can be mastered by the operator himself in the production.
3. Briquette machine: check whether the rotational parts is flexible and whether there is abnormal noise before starting the briquette machine. Idle the machine for 2 ~ 3 minutes before feeding and continual production.
4. Drying equipment: the temperature indicator must be installed above the drying equipment in order to observe the temperature in the drying equipment.
5. The internal temperature of the drying equipment should not exceed 200 ℃. The temperature can be regulated slowly from lower temperature to higher to avoid internal spontaneous combustion in the drying equipment.
6. At the end of the work, blocking the heat of the hot blast stove into the drying equipment an hour earlier, then turn on the fan alone to blow cold wind into the internal drying equipment to spread out the temperature and moisture inside of the dryer in order to avoid spontaneous combustion caused by internal heat.
7. Safety guidelines from enlisted personnel: the electric control cabinet must be operated by specially-assigned person in order to avoid accidents.
8. All the workers must be familiar with the instructions, which should be carried out strictly so as to avoid unnecessary accidents and damage.
