1. After drying, the material fails to meet the specified moisture requirements.
The simplest way to deal with this situation is to control the production capacity of the dryer equipment first, and then increase or reduce the heat supply.
2. Loud crack of dryer.
The most likely reason for this is that the material inside the machine is blocked or the temperature of the dryer is too high, causing a fire inside the equipment.
When the material is blocked, the machine should be stopped immediately for cleaning, and attention should be paid to the daily maintenance of the equipment.
If the dryer temperature is too high, reduce the fuel supply, so that the temperature of the equipment can achieve the production requirements.
3. The rolling ring appears to swing in the operation.
The main reason for the swing is that the concave joint side of the rolling ring is not tightened. It can be solved by tighten the rolling ring slightly. But pay attention that it can not be too tight, or it would lead to accidents.
4. Installation does not conform to the specification.
When the installation of dryer is not in accordance with the norms, air leakage would occur, which would cause low pressure, resulting in that the finished materials after drying can not be discharged normally. Just check the drawing and make corresponding adjustment.
5. The clearance between the big and small gears is broken.
The way to solve this problem is to analyze whether the wear of the supporting wheel, the baffle wheel and the pinion is serious. Turning or replace the parts according to the specific conditions.
6. The material in the dryer caught fire.
(1) The specification of drying machine can not meet the requirements. If drying too much material with small drying equipment and increase the temperature, the material would on fire, then you need to change the large drying equipment.
(2) The design problem of drying machine. The manufacturer is recommended to replace or transform the drying equipment.
(3) Improper use. The operation should be strictly in accordance with the operation manual.
7. Vibration of the cylinder.
The vibration of the cylinder may be caused by the following two conditions:
If the place where the supporting wheel device of the equipment connected with the base is damaged, it only needs to be corrected and reinforced.
If wear occurs on the side of the rolling ring, turn or replace as appropriate.
8. The degree of drying of finished materials is not even.
This phenomenon is easy to appear when materials solidify into clumps. Therefore, the clumps of materials should be dispersed before drying.
9. Serious fuel waste.
This usually occurs when the insulation of the equipment is not good enough, you can add insulation materials to improve this situation.
10. Drying of wet materials can not meet the production requirements.
There are three reasons: the dryer is too small, the dryer is not used properly, and the air net pressure and flow calculation are wrong.
Replace the dryer if the specifications are not enough;
Operate correctly according to the instruction;
