Only scientific installation can make the briquette machine work properly

We need to pay attention to a few issues before installing the sawdust briquette machine: first, check and tighten all the connection bolts to see if they are firmly fixed. In particular, the heating cylinder is equipped with three top wires, which are respectively connected with the cooling water pipe, electrical appliances and power supply lines; Carefully check all parts of the lubrication, see whether the parts of the lubrication is normal, re-add lubricating oil for lubrication; Check whether the power supply voltage is normal, especially the working voltage and current of the generator set; Start the equipment for 30 minutes without load, and observe whether there are any abnormal phenomena such as stuck or collision. If not, the equipment can be put into normal production. If any abnormality is found in the test of briquette machine, it shall be stopped immediately to find out the cause, and then the no-load operation shall be carried out after the troubleshooting; Adjust the temperature regulator to the required temperature. When the temperature reaches the preset temperature, the machine can be started up and an appropriate amount of material can be fed. Gradually increase the feeding amount until qualified products are produced normally. Only after 30 minutes of normal production can the test run be successful and normal operation be started. The raw material in the hopper should be used up before the stop, and immediately reversed for 1 minute after the stop, so as to discharge the raw material contained in the propeller.
 
The installation of sawdust briquette machine must be in accordance with the correct process so as to avoid equipment failure in the later stage and ensure the normal production of briquette machine, at the same time the quality of the charcoal is also guaranteed, also avoid unnecessary investment of the user.
